Q: Do you own the purse, or is this a rental plan where you exchange the purse each month?

A: My Purse Club is not a rental plan or exchange club. You get to keep each and every purse you recieve! 

Q: I just signed up for a subscription, what now?

A: You will receive an introductory email from your PPA (Personal Purse Assistant) with their contact information for any questions you may have. Your first purse and welcome package will arrive at the address you provide in less than ten days!

Q: I just signed up for a subscription as a gift for someone else, how will they be informed of their membership?

A: You will receive an introductory email from your PPA (Personal Purse Assistant) with their contact information. Let them know the recipient's email address and your PPA will send them an ecard to notify them of their membership.

Q: I want to get a subscription as a gift for someone else, how will I know they will like the purse they receive?

A: We do our very best to offer the best match based on your criteria, and your PPA (Personal Purse Assistant) who will always go the extra mile for you. It is so rare to not like the purse you receive, in fact, out of all our members it has only happened twice in the last 12 months. If on the rare chance they do not like their purse, we will exchange it immediately.

Q: I am getting a subscription as a gift for someone else, how will I know what style to choose for them?

A: Easy! Choose the option "Decide Later" and their Personal Purse Assistant will contact the new member and help them decide.


Q: What if I do not care for the purse I receive?

A: We implement a "no questions asked"  policy regarding returns. Simply send back the purse you do not like, and we will quickly replace it with something you do like. We always do our very best to offer the best match based on your criteria, and your PPA (Personal Purse Assistant).

Q: When will I be billed?

A: You are billed on the same day once every month, regardless of the plan you choose.

Q: Can I cancel my membership?

A: You can cancel your membership anytime. You own your account and there will not be any fees for cancellation.

Q: Can I purchase a membership as a gift for someone else?

A: Yes. Just indicate their information and we take care of the rest. You can even request gift wrapping, and a personalized card.
